The authorised share capital of the company is Rs.2 crores. The Company was incorporated as a Subsidiary of Hind Motors India Ltd, and engaged itself in dealership of Volkswagon Cars. However, the sale of the vehicles was much below the projections resulting into losses suffered by the company. The company has since shut down its business.
